Guests carry no cash. Housekeeping still deserves the tip.
A card in a badge outside the door, a QR code on the cart or a link in the room — the guest taps to tip the exact person who cleaned the room, drove the car or carried the bags, and the fee is printed before anyone pays.
4% per tip · $0.50 minimum · no monthly, no setup, no contract
The tip a guest meant to leave never gets left.
Housekeeping is the hardest job on the floor and the least likely to be tipped, because the guest who wants to thank them checked out with nothing but a card in their wallet. Valet and front desk have the same problem, in a shorter window.
Housekeeping goes unseen
The person who made the room is rarely in the room when the guest is. There is no moment to hand them cash.
Valet has one moment
The car pulls up, the tip window is a few seconds, and a guest with no cash simply drives off.
No visibility for the property
Ownership has no read on which team members are actually earning trust from guests, floor by floor.
Every role gets its own way to be found.
Each team member gets a page
Housekeeping, valet, front desk and room service each get their own code the moment they are added in the console — no waiting on a rollout.
The code meets the guest where they are
A card left on the pillow, a badge at the valet stand, a QR code at the front desk — the guest scans and the page opens in the browser.
The tip lands on that person's ledger
Recorded to the individual by name, with the fee and net shown on the same screen the guest saw before paying.
A badge for the room, a code for the stand.
Front-desk kiosk
A tablet at the desk that lets a departing guest tip anyone on staff by name. No new hardware to buy from us.
QR code & tip link
A card on the pillow, a badge on the housekeeping cart, or a link sent after checkout. No app, no account.
Terminal & integrations
Where tipping meets the systems the property already runs. We say plainly what is live today and what is not.
The fee sits on the screen, not in a memo to the property.
One line: 4% of the tip, with a $0.50 minimum. Nothing monthly, nothing to set up, nothing to sign. It shows above the pay button, on the guest's own screen, before they commit to anything.
The guest can also choose to cover it. One toggle: they pay the tip plus the fee, and the team member keeps the whole tip.
Below $12.50 the $0.50 minimum applies; above it, the 4% does. Payouts open once the property links its bank and card processing is switched on.
What properties and staff ask first.
Do we need new hardware in every room?
No. A printed card or badge with a QR code is enough to start. A tablet at the desk or in-room is optional, not required.
Can one property or a whole portfolio use this?
Either. A single property can enroll on its own, and a management company can bring the same setup to more than one property.
What does it cost the property?
Nothing monthly and nothing to set up. The only fee is 4% of each tip, with a $0.50 minimum, shown to the guest before they pay.
How does housekeeping get credit if they're not in the room?
Each shift's assigned attendant is tied to the code on that cart or floor, so a scan in the room routes to the person who cleaned it.
When does the money actually reach a team member?
Payouts open once the property links its bank and card processing is switched on. We do not promise a settlement date beyond that.
